Account & Security

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. If an account exists for that address, you'll receive a reset link by email that's valid for 1 hour.

How is my information protected?

Passwords are never stored in plain text - only as a one-way hash. The entire site is served over HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what's collected and how it's used.

How do I delete my account?

Reach out through the Contact page and we'll process the deletion request. There's currently no automatic self-service option to delete your account directly.

Email Import

Can I forward confirmation emails instead of typing them in?

Yes, if this feature has been enabled for your account. Each trip has its own unique forwarding email address, found on that trip's Manage page - forward a flight, hotel, car, or rail confirmation there and it's added automatically.

Why didn't my forwarded email show up?

First, confirm the email-import feature is actually enabled for your account, and that you forwarded to the correct trip's specific address. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, contact us and we can look into it.

Getting Started

How do I create my first trip?

From the Trips tab, tap "+ Create trip", give it a title, and save. Only the title is required. From there, tap "Manage" on the trip to start adding flights, hotels, cars, rail, and other itinerary items.

Do I need to fill in every field when creating a trip?

No. Only the trip title is required. Dates, destination, and budget are all optional and can be filled in immediately or added later as your plans firm up.

Maps

Why don't I see a "Trip map" option?

The trip map is an opt-in feature that needs to be enabled for your account. If you'd like it turned on, reach out through the Contact page.

Why is a location on the map in the wrong place?

Locations you type in (like an airport code or address) are automatically converted into map coordinates. Vague or ambiguous entries can occasionally resolve to the wrong spot - using a more specific location (like a full airport name) usually fixes it.

Travelers & Profiles

What's the difference between my profile and a Traveler profile?

Your own profile is your login account - the one you sign in with. Traveler profiles are companions you add to your account (family, friends, anyone traveling with you) who don't need their own login, but whose details you still want to keep organized.

Can a Traveler I add have their own separate login?

Not currently. Traveler profiles are meant to be companion records you manage from your own account, rather than separate accounts with their own access.

Why does a traveler show a warning icon next to their passport?

That icon flags a passport that's either already expired or set to expire within the next 6 months. Many countries require a passport to remain valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, so this is meant to give you an early heads-up to renew.

Trips & Itineraries

What types of itinerary items can I add?

Air, Hotel, Car, and Rail each have their own dedicated form with fields built specifically for that type. A general Tour/Other option covers anything else - museum tickets, activities, tours, or restaurant reservations.

Why isn't my itinerary showing up in date order?

Items are sorted by whichever date is actually filled in - departure, check-in, or pick-up date first. If that's missing but an arrival, check-out, or drop-off date is set, it sorts by that instead. Items with no dates at all appear at the end of the list.

Can I save a link to check in online or manage a booking?

Yes. Every itinerary item has an optional external link field - save a link to your airline's check-in page, a hotel's confirmation page, or anywhere else you might need to revisit.

How do the Upcoming, Current, and Past tabs work?

Upcoming shows trips with a start date in the future (or no dates set yet). Current shows trips where today falls between the start and end date. Past shows trips whose end date has already passed.
